Hello Part A 08.

its not an insult.
Well, in any case, this is most probably going to be my
last post here...
.
In this last post, i'm just going to bring across to you
one point.
it's simply what i told you guys last training
just in case anyone didn't catch it..

Respect your new PS and CSM.

this Monday, you guys had a 'sneak preview' of how trainings will be like in
the future.
well, i'm sure it's somewhat more intensive then
what you experienced last year.
what i can tell you is:
it's going to get worse.

why? because you will need it.
and the only way you guys can pass through this safely
is by setting your jaws
and start to see your platoonmates
more than 'just that other guy in my life'
.
So please don't go comparing us (Part Ds) and your new PS & CSMs
training styles.
what we did was for Part As.
what you will go through is for Part Bs.
keep that in mind.
there may/will be times that you might think

"last time my PS & CSM also never scold/pump/tekan me until like =( "
"what gives them the right to do this.."
.
You may feel like its this guy 'that i never even see before'
suddenly come and pump me.
that just doesn't makes sense
.
well, they have the right to.
because they earned it.
What they have gone through you may not have seen.
But these guys have really put in alot of effort and hard work to be
where they are
who they are
right now.
..
So whatever happens, never ever rebel against them.
By respecting them,
you are also respect us (myself, yijun, the others PSes and the Teachers)
Because,
it was us who chose them.

you wouldn't want your juniors to rebel against you in future
would you?
