It's going to the next pop soon. It has almost been a year with you all already.
Its already into the 2nd year of your NCC life.
I really hope you feel accomplished and achieve the things you want by the end of it.
You don't turn responsible/fit/ be initiative/ be confident overnight or after a year.
We really want to see you all work as a part, work together. That is just the one thing we all want to see.
Leadership and moral values do not just pop into your head you know...
Think how can you improve and continue to excel in NCC like all your previous batches did
It's only one more year till you guys take over, are you all prepared?
